Pregnancy Yoga
The most precious time in your life.
Our classes incorporate pregnancy-friendly yoga asanas (postures) to strengthen and stretch your muscles, breathing techniques for pregnancy and birth; self-hypnosis and deep relaxation to relax your mind and body and most importantly, a warm and welcoming community for pregnant mamas-to-be. These classes are open to all women and 86% of our students have never set foot in a yoga class before.
