We create intentional, luxurious spaces for rest—offered as special events you can attend when it suits your season.

Relax + Restore

My name is Alexa Young

A seasonal evening retreat of facial rituals and restorative yoga

Offered just four times a year, Relax & Restore is our signature seasonal experience.
Held in the beautiful Studio 72, each 2-hour session blends gentle stillness with a glow-inducing facial wellness ritual.

Each seasonal event includes:

  • A featured facial ritual (Face Yoga, Gua Sha, or Cupping)

  • A deeply restful restorative yoga sequence

  • A guided relaxation to reset your nervous system

 

You’ll leave feeling softened, grounded, and subtly transformed.

Tickets released seasonally – each session highlights the facial ritual we'll explore.


No yoga experience required. Just bring yourself.

The Friday Night Bump Club

My name is Alexa Young

A monthly pregnancy yoga event to stretch, soothe and settle

Held on the last Friday of every month, Friday Night Bump Club is a grounding, guided experience for anyone in their second or third trimester.

Each 90-minute session includes:

  • Smoothie shot and healthy truffle from Planted by Cali

  • Gentle, adaptable yoga poses to ease pregnancy tension

  • Breathing techniques to support your changing body

  • A restorative wind-down and guided relaxation to help you sleep deeply

Come once or come every month throughout your pregnancy.
Each evening is a chance to reconnect—with your body, your breath, and your baby.
​ Tickets available monthly – book one or several dates to suit your journey.


No yoga experience needed. All mats and props provided.
