YogaBellies® is a genre of hatha yoga that has evolved and grown over the past 15 years, around the yoga practice needs of women. These classes are perfect for beginners, more advanced yogis and even the yoga curious. We have yoga classes for every female life stage.

Pregnancy Yoga
Our prenatal sessions incorporate traditional yoga asanas (postures); self-hypnosis and deep relaxation; soothing comfort techniques for birthing and unique YogaBellies® touch therapies for mum. These classes are open to all women and 86% of our students have never set foot in a yoga class before. We have a whole host of studio therapies that have been custom made for pregnant women.

Mum & Baby Yoga
At YogaBellies for Mum and Baby, we don’t “put baby in the corner” while you practice yoga. Our exclusive post natal classes incorporate baby yoga postures for your little one too so that they can practice with mum! As every aspect of your life will include baby now, we help you integrate baby into your yoga practice, while feeling the benefits of yoga for you too. You will also learn breath awareness and relaxation techniques, which help to increase energy levels and allow you to relax while with baby - yes it is possible!

Women's Luna Yoga
Graceful, flowing and feminine yoga to balance hormonal fluctuations. Luna by YogaBellies is a unique, flowing style of yoga in tune with the Yin, Lunar and feminine elements. The focus of our Luna classes is to honour ourselves, be kind, and to take the time to relax and release. This practice offers calming, slower-paced, ‘internal’ poses that are appropriate for women throughout their monthly cycle. This graceful, flowing practice is gentle but deep like water.
