At Unfold, our mission is to be the premier Women's Yoga Specialist in Fife and beyond, dedicated to helping women feel confident in their own skin throughout their journey of womanhood.
The name "Unfold" reflects my personal experiences of feeling crumpled and constrained during major life transitions, such as pregnancy and postpartum. These moments can profoundly impact a woman’s body, mind, and identity.
I sought to reclaim my self-worth and confidence naturally. "Unfold" symbolises opening up, embracing change, and rediscovering inner beauty by shedding doubt and insecurity to reveal a more empowered self.
We invite every woman to embark on her own journey of unfolding—celebrating her unique beauty, strength, and joy in self-discovery. Together, let's embrace our vibrant, confident selves.
All About Me...
Hi, I’m Natalie, founder of Unfold Yoga and a passionate women’s specialist yoga teacher.
My journey began with a love for dance and evolved into a deep appreciation for yoga as a way to manage the physical and mental demands of life. Initially, I focused on how yoga looked, but over time, I learned to tune into how it felt, prioritising my body’s needs over external validation.
After nearly a decade as a Depute Headteacher, the birth of my second child in 2018 inspired me to pursue a new path. Despite setbacks, I rediscovered my calling during the pandemic. Through Yogabellies, I trained in a supportive, empowering environment tailored to women’s bodies and life cycles, balancing motherhood with my dream career.
Today, my practice is rooted in somatic movements that honor individual needs, with a love for yin and restorative yoga that rejuvenates both body and mind. Yoga, for me, is a lifelong journey, and I’m thrilled to guide other women through theirs at Unfold Yoga.
Face Yoga Journey
In 2024, I became a certified Face Yoga and Face Tape teacher, combining my passion for skincare with my interest in natural anti-aging techniques. My search for a Botox alternative led me to Face Yoga, where I learned to retrain facial muscles and embrace natural beauty.
Now, I practice face yoga for its many benefits—lymphatic drainage, relaxation, headache relief, and facial definition. I also use face tape nightly to reduce side-sleeping effects. This practice empowers me, and I love sharing its transformative potential through workshops and one-on-one sessions.
Face yoga and Restorative Yoga make me feel truly unfolded. I can’t wait to share this journey with you!
