About the event
The Friday Night Bump Club is a luxurious monthly pregnancy class, where mums to be meet up for some pregnancy wellness, yoga, breathing techniques for birth, and guided relaxation.
We do this in the beautiful studio of Zen Kidz in Dalgety Bay which has billowing white sails of material on the ceiling creating a cloud like feeling. We are surrounded by fairy lights, aromatherapy and soft peaceful music. We use the best yoga props to allow comfortable sitting and to aid in finding the perfect pose for our needs. At the end of class we use eye masks and blankets during our relaxation.
You will leave feeling stretched out, chilled out and just a little bit sleepy and ready for bed after a gorgeous night of pregnancy self-care.
