About the event
Join us for our signature Lift & Glow hybrid workshop from Unfold Face Yoga. In the beautiful Whitekirk Hill Resort, we will begin with a relaxing herbal tea and sweet treat before taking to our Face stations to do some grounding and warm up exercises.
We will then learn a short face lifting and stimulating Face Yoga sequence followed by tension release and relaxation with the Gua Sha. We finish with a wonderful relaxation and guided meditation with affirmations. You will leave feeling unfolded, uplifted and G L O W I N G!
All materials are provided, there will also be an option to purchase our custom designed Gua Sha afterwards if you enjoy using it during our workshop.
Come alone or with a friend. Face Yoga and Gua Sha is for everyone and all are welcome.
