Glow+ Restore Morning Retreat | Winter Glow

Join us for our third annual festive Glow + Restore at Studio 72, Aberdour.

A cosy winter morning of facial wellness and restorative yoga, designed to help you slow down, release tension and leave feeling brighter, lighter and restored before the festive season gets into full swing.

✨ What to Expect

We’ll begin with warming herbal tea and a mince pie before settling into our Face Station mats.

Together we’ll enjoy our Winter Facial Cupping Ritual, using gentle facial cupping techniques to encourage lymphatic drainage, reduce puffiness, release facial tension and bring fresh circulation and glow to tired winter skin.

We’ll work through the neck, jaw, cheeks, forehead and around the sinus area, helping the face feel lighter, refreshed and more sculpted.
