Mum and Baby yoga is a wonderful class which includes yoga for you (focused on the BAPS - Back, Abs & Pelvic Floor to rebuild your body from the inside out after pregnancy and birth), yoga for baby and precious time for you to bond with each other and other Mums and babies.

We are launching classes in November at Zen Kidz in Dalgety Bay on Thursdays 11am-12. Come join us!
