Step into a sanctuary of calm and connection with The Friday Night Bump Club - a luxurious, once-a-month evening retreat designed exclusively for expectant mothers.
Held in the serene, light-filled studio of Elements Centre for Wellbeing in Dalgety Bay, this is not your average pregnancy yoga class.
This is your monthly pause. Your exhale. Your reminder that you deserve to be held, too.
As you arrive, you're greeted with a chilled wellness smoothie shot and a handmade plant-based protein ball by Planted by Cali - a nourishing welcome to set the tone for the evening.
